Each chapter brings hope, help and health to every aspect of your life. The exercises and meditations guide you to acknowledge behaviors and beliefs that keep you from finding inner joy and true wellness. I read some of the chapters several times and had many "A HA" moments. It is a manual for self-discovery that will teach you how to celebrate your truth and nourish your soul.
