This book is powerful beyond measure....the missing link on finally stopping smoking once and for all compared to any of the books out there to date. You will stop smoking for good no if's or butts pardon the bun!) - simply follow it and do the simple exercises Elliott gives you and you'll quit for good.
This guy is terrific with huge experience in this specific area and really, really knows his stuff!
