(More customer reviews)I had Titanium 2005, and when I tried to upgrade to 2006 I couldn't. I emailed several times (lost count how many) customer service asking for a refund, and technical support asking for help. The only response from customer service I got was that they'd forward my email to technical support!
The product isn't bad. I've used it for years, but whenever I've encountered a problem I've never gotten any help from them.
I also had trouble with wireless internet. The antivirus would block my internet access. I resolved the issue by installing a different antivirus (since Panda didn't offer a solution).
